All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened or unopened peptide vials, BAC water, or research materials.

Reasons We Cannot Accept Returns

  • Product integrity cannot be verified after shipment
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Safety concerns

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged vial or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Provide order number + photo evidence
  3. We will resend or replace the item at no charge

Lost or Stolen Orders

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
If USPS declares a shipment lost after the customer files a claim, we will work with you to resolve it.
